How do I know if my order was successful?

You will be given a confirmation email sent to the nominated email shortly after you checkout.  Ensure that the email address you detail is correct.  If you did not receive any email, you should check your junk/spam folders before you Contact Us.

I did not get a tracking number?

All orders are shipped within 24 hours of purchase and are tracked with a shipping number to assist you in keeping an eye on your delivery.

I want a refund
